Neutral Valentines Home Decor

Neutral Valentines Home Decor

This year, I decided to keep our Valentine’s Home Decor neutral. First, I pulled out a vase that I already had. I actually found this vase pitcher discounted at a local store last year. Also, did you notice the texture on the vase? I faux-painted this vase with a neutral textured look that you see here. Next, I added the neutral cream faux flower stems that you also see here too. Lastly, I placed the metal red heart pics in the vase to give it a Valentine’s look. This completes our Neutral and Simple Valentine’s Vase.

I would also like to share a tip with you on how I choose floral stems. I like to keep faux flower stems that I have purchased over the years. This allows me to have them ready when the seasons change. I would recommend looking for neutral stems that can be kept and used again for other seasons too. I also prefer looking for more realistic floral stems or dried floral stems when I can.

You are probably also thinking how do I store the floral stems? I simply store them in other vases that I have in a storage closet. But, you could also keep them in a storage bin too. When you do find floral stems that you like, I would recommend purchasing more than a few. This will allow you to have enough stems throughout the seasons.

I hope you enjoyed my simple and neutral Valentine’s home decor idea and floral tips too. I also hope I have inspired you to make a Neutral Valentine’s Vase too! Of course, this idea can be used for all the other seasons. Just add a few stem colors that go with the other seasons and maybe a few seasonal picks too. Now it’s your turn to be creative and decorate with a vase too!

Thanks for visiting and I hope you come back for more.
