Spring Home Refresh Mantel Ideas
Today, we will focus on the mantel with neutral colors of bunnies, greenery, floral stems, eggs, and, of course, candlesticks.
The centerpiece is kept simple. For the mantel, I chose a wooden windowpane arch and a mini floral spring wreath. I attached the wreath with the hanger provided. The wreath’s soft colors are perfect for the Spring season.
Of course, I had to add the colored Easter egg candles for the Easter holiday, too. The wooden candle holder is the perfect piece to display the egg candles.
Notice that the neutral girl and boy bunnies sit on top of cream-colored candle holders. This is a great way to elevate these adorable bunnies, and it also allows their legs to dangle off the candle holders. Another option could be books or wooden risers to add elevation to home decorative items.
A distressed cream-colored mason jar holds dainty pink florals. Notice that I placed an adorable bunny pick in the mason jar. The mason jar is complete with a jute twine ribbon.
The wooden candlestick holder sits beside the bunnies. A pink light candlestick sits in the candlestick holder. I love how the pink candle pairs well with the dainty pink flowers.
This completes the sides of the mantel.
Spring Home Refresh Shelf Ideas
I chose to place a few spring items on a shelf next to the fireplace in our home.
A neutral vase is a great piece to keep out year-round. I placed the soft green floral stems in the vase, which reminded me of spring. The vase sits on top of a book. I chose to place the Joanna Gaines Homebody Book here. A sweet, neutral wooden bunnie sits in front of the vase.
The Hello Spring sign sits in the corner of this shelf space. I also added a wooden sign on top of the wooden riser. Runners, such as the jute runner with fringe placed here, are a great way to add softness, color, and texture.
Simple Egg Vase
Glass jar vases are a staple piece that can be changed throughout the seasons. For the spring season, I chose to add faux Easter grass with the pastel eggs. A neutral bow completes the vase, giving it a soft look.
